The FOCIR will release two new publications that will expand its collection and strengthen the entity’s commitment to generate knowledge about Public Diplomacy.
The FOCIR is preparing the last details to release two new publications that will widen the bibliographic catalog of the federation. These new releases will be dedicated to the Federation of Excursion Entities of Catalonia – FEEC and a new Working Paper regarding Diplomacy of cities.
The internationalization case comes to strengthen a collection that already has 8 published books, and which aims to collect the process that has allowed Catalan civil society organizations to gain international recognition. Specifically, the 9th case of the collection, written by Gabriel Pena-Ballesté, highlights the successful experience of the FEEC – Federation of Excursion Entities of Catalonia.
On the other hand, the FOCIR revisit the main topic of the 13th FOCIR international breakfast, by joining forces once again with the political scientist Arnau Guix Boira to publish an academic article about the Diplomacy of cities focused, as it could not be otherwise , in Catalonia.
These publications reinforce the FOCIR vocation as a think tank and as a repository of good practices. The publications- that are possible thanks to the support of Ministry for Foreign Action, Institutional Relations and Transparency of the government of Catalonia – will be available in paper version and also in digital format on the federation’s website.
