The PAEC was commissioned by the Secretary for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation at the Patronat Catalunya Món, with the aim of producing a political strategic planning instrument for the Catalan Government’s foreign policy. The plan is also intended to be a step forward in establishing better coordination between organisations operating on an international level.
Dr. Santiago Castellà, Director of the PAEC, will introduce the plan to us and the organisations will then be able to give our vision and suggestions.
